Every build includes blazing-fast Cloudflare hosting and automatic HTTPS. Custom-coded, no templates, nothing to hack. Page limits count core pages; city and service-area pages don't count toward them. A care plan is the one that grows your site (new pages, new sections, new towns, handled for you) from $199/mo, scaling with how much site there is to look after. Just want it kept running? Agree to 12 months of care and the build fee drops: Launch to $1,000, Standard to $1,800, Growth to $4,000. It's still billed 50% to start and the rest at launch, so a Launch site starts at $500. The 12 months begin the day your site goes live, and you can move up a plan anytime.
Leaving early is allowed, and simple. Cancel, or move to the hand-off plan, before the 12 months are up and you pay back $100 for each month left on Launch ($150 on Standard, $200 on Growth). That's the part of the discount you haven't earned yet, so the most the build can ever cost you is our regular price. The site is yours from launch either way. Rather not commit? Month-to-month is still the default.
